Project Details
This stair has a very tight radius and under today’s IRC code would now be considered a spiral stairway due to the tight inside radius. Heartland engineered the paint-grade carriage to accommodate the weight of the stone treads. The simple lines of the black iron balustrade are a nice compliment to the whites in the rest of the tower.
